The Evil Scientist is the very scientist that created Moink and , unfortunatley, Octocumber. He didn't want that to happen...it was Moinks fault after it slipped down the stairs to the lab and his cucumber went flying into a beam which was experimenting on a octopus.
Chased out of his home, the Scientist couldn't live without a lab so he went and became famous for a hybird of a hippo and a cheetah, the Cheeto. Unfortunatley, it was used for chips.
